BOOKING POLICY

Please read carefully. Once booking appointment you automatically agree with our policy. I value your business and ask that you respect the spa's scheduling policies.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

Any cancellations with less than that are subject to a cancellation fee of $20.00 of the cost of the scheduled service.

Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged full price of the scheduled service.

If you are running late 15 minutes or more you will be asked to reschedule your appointment, if I will be able to take you in your service most likely will be cut , to finish on time for the next client.

Please remember our time is valuable and I have this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, We not only lose your business, but also the potential clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. All online appointments require a credit card to guarantee a reservation . You will not be billed unless there is a cancellation or no show.
SHIPPING POLICY

All SALES ARE FINAL NO REFUNDS. If you are not sure about the product, please email for consultation. Please buy only that amount of product you will be using no need to stock up, as the product will last you for a long time.
All orders have standard shipping charges of $15.00. We do not allow overseas and Canada purchases and shipments. All products are selling and ship in USA only.

- If in stock, your order will be processed between 1-3 business days

- After leaving our facility, average arrival time for the shipment is 4-7 business days.

- If you order multiple items, you may receive separate shipments for separate items with no additional shipping charges to the customer. We reserve the right to partially ship products in your order, 5% or less of our shipments require partial shipping

Why do some products ship faster, and some ship slower?

- When the manufacturer has no backorder on the product; meaning no production hold ups from the manufacturer exist, the product will ship as soon as possible.

- Notification: You will be notified via email if there is a delay on your order. Please ensure to check your spam folder (just in case) and also make sure to provide a valid email address

- Only 10% of our orders have a slight backorder, in which we always notify you (the customer) via email within 1-3 business days.

- Shipment Delivery Delay: Sometimes the package is lost, delivered to the wrong address, or just takes their time! Currently we have a 98.6% deliverability success rate.

Catastrophes and Weather: In very rare cases such as tropical storms or winter storms, we have seen slight delays in deliverability, usually only 3-5 extra days.

Detailed Shipping Policies:

- Delivery Confirmation Tracking Number: All shipments include a delivery confirmation tracking number. Tracking numbers are emailed to customers as soon as the order ships from our facility.

- Insurance and Signature Confirmations: Customers can request insurance or a signature confirmation at an extra cost; these are not included in our shipping charges. Please call or email with any requests.

- Orders valued above $300 (before any discounts) are automatically upgraded to be shipped requiring a signature confirmation; make sure that you use a valid Unites States Postal Service address where a signature can be attained upon delivery. Red Velvet Beauty reserves the right to require a signature upon delivery at our discretion in certain instances.

- Wrong Address: It is the customer's responsibility to provide a valid/correct United States Postal address for shipping. If the shipment is returned to us, the second shipping attempt will require additional shipping cost. Red Velvet Beauty is not responsible for a shipment if you or an authorized person has signed for, and therefore received the shipment.

- Mail Theft: Red Velvet Beauty is not responsible for mail theft. It's the customer's responsibility to provide a safe/secure United States Postal address for shipping. Once an order has been shipped, we must go by the tracking information that delivery company provides. If a package has been tracked as delivered, we are not responsible for any stolen items. We welcome you to add a "signature requested" to your package to ensure you receive the package safely.

- Partial Shipments: 5% or less of our shipments requires partial shipping. If you received an order with a red partial stamp on the invoice, you received a partial shipment. This means we shipped you everything we had, and the rest of the products are coming in a separate shipment ASAP. This will not cost the customer any extra shipping cost.

Lost Shipments:

- To reduce the risk of lost or stolen packages customers can request a signature confirmation at an additional cost. Please call us or email us to request this.

- First, please check the tracking information. If your package is tracked as "delivered," check with your neighbors, leasing office, etc.

- Secondly, contact delivery company and inquire about the shipment. The majority of lost packages are easily recovered simply by performing these first two tasks.

- Unfortunately Red Velvet cannot file a claim on your behalf due to privacy laws.

Correcting a Problem with Your Shipping Address

If you place an order and realize at a later time that you need to change the shipping address, please contact us AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. During business hours please call us and after business hours please email us. Please remember that our goal is to send each shipment as soon as possible and unfortunately, we are unable to change an address after a package has been shipped.

You must call within one hour of purchase to cancel an order, to ensure the order has not been fulfilled.

We use an outside shipping company to ship orders, and a credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services. These companies do not retain share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.
